Returns and Exchanges
If you are not happy with your purchase notify us within 14 days via email at allurecle8@gmail.com and include your name and order number. After notifying us you will receive a return label. Once the product has arrived at our facility you will be issued a refund immediately. Your refund may take up 3-5 business days to appear back to your original form of payment.
We do not accept price adjustments. If you wish to return or exchange an item, it would be returned at the price it was purchased.
If you decide to make an exchange we suggest you return the item you don't wish to keep and re-purchase the one you would like instead. This way we are certain we still have the item available.
Sales Tax
Orders will include the state's sales tax you are shipping to.
UNDELIVERED PACKAGES DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESSES
We will NOT refund the purchase price or shipping charge for any package where the customer has supplied an incorrect shipping address.
